Go to our Webpage at: chefsforlondon.com on the home page click on the Post Jobs button or create a username and password. You will then be able to create your ow Profile, and it is a very simple questionnaire that will only take a few minutes of your time. This information will provide us with all the necessary details we need to understand your company requirements. For more information, please go to our service page or contact the office by email or telephone.
My team and I will be more than happy to help you create your Ads. Please just forward our team the basic conditions and we will get started on that. If there is any additional information, we need we will let you know. Once we complete your Ads we will send you the Login details and please read through all the information on your Profile to make sure it is correct. If you are satisfied that everything is in order, you can press the Play button in the top right-hand corner of the Ads page, and your Ads will be activated.
As a Restaurant or recruiter, advertising jobs on our website is free of charge, and no risk and no payment is needed whatsoever. It is only when the Restaurant decides that they need or is interested in one of our Chefs that payment is considered. For payment information, please contact the office and we will send you the necessary details.
It is up to the Restaurants to decide if they want to pay for the trial shift or not. Normally Restaurants will only pay for the trial shift if the Chef gets the Job and starts working for the company.
It is up to your Restaurants “Head Chef” to decide if they like the Chef or feel comfortable with him or her in the kitchen. If you decide that this is not the right Chef, we will continue searching for Chefs until we find the right candidate for your Restaurant.
It is not necessary. You can just forward us the basic conditions and one of our team will be more than happy to help you. However, we strongly recommend you create a profile with us. It is a very simple step-by-step process and will only take a few minutes of your time. This information will provide us with all the necessary details we need to understand your company’s requirements. By doing so, it allows us to get straight to work and reduce the amount of frustrating emails and calls going back and forward usually experienced during the recruitment process. We also provide you with various tools to achieve your recruitment goals in just a few clicks. You can also speak to one of our team, and they will help you, or create the profile for you, and send you the login details.
We work alongside some of the most prestigious private chef schools, chef universities and individual chefs. We help to introduce some of the best culinary trained chefs and students in the world to London’s leading restaurants. If you are looking for a specific type of Chef who specializes in certain cuisines, please let us know, and our team will do their best to make that happen for you.
We encourage all our Restaurants to look for their own Chefs as well. By doing so, you will have a much wider choice of Chefs to choose from.
We will be more than happy to do that. Please let us know what your concerns are or what other information you would like us to provide you with and we will answer them as best we can.
If we have the right candidate for your company and the Chef is ready to start working. We will arrange trial shift for that Chef the next day at your Restaurant. We do advise all our clients to get into contact with us as soon as possible to make sure we get enough time to fill that vacancy with the best candidate possible.
We will only invoice the company after the Chef has completed his or her first month in the restaurant to ensure both the candidate Chef and Restaurant Head Chef are happy with the agreement. If the Chef decides to leave, or the Restaurant Head Chef feels that they are not the right candidate for the Job within the first month trial period. We will then cancel that contract with no payment needed and start searching for a replacement Chef for that position.
